Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial
- ability to use POS systems efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- capable of working in fast-paced environments
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pack prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers ensuring orders are complete and customers can transport them safely
- carry/deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in designated area and handle transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
