Job Duties
- Greet guests picking up to-go orders with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ensure all to-go orders are prepared accurately and packaged safely
- Provide curbside pickup service efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in to-go preparation and pickup areas
- Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge and assist guests with recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding to-go orders
- Follow all health and safety protocols to protect team members and guests
