Job Duties
- Gather, package and check all takeout orders for accuracy
- Interact directly with takeout guests whether as walk-ins or curbside service
- Stock and maintain takeout areas for efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill orders promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of takeout station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any takeout order issues promptly
