Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to use POS systems efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert upsells
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- pack prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure they are complete and secure for transport
- carry or deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in the designated area and handle transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
