Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • ability to use POS systems efficiently
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
  • suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert upsells
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • pack prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure they are complete and secure for transport
  • carry or deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in the designated area and handle transactions
  • thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
