Job Duties
- Prepare and package to-go food orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests picking up orders in-restaurant or curbside
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the to-go area
- Ensure food safety and proper handling according to company policies
- Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to assist guests with recommendations
- Manage timely order processing to meet guest expectations
- Assist with inventory and restocking of to-go supplies
