- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- manage and prepare to-go orders for timely pickup
- ensure accuracy of all to-go orders, verifying items and dietary requests
- provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and answering menu questions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with curbside pickup and order delivery when required
- communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to coordinate orders
