Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to multitask and work collaboratively with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
- knowledge of food safety standards advantageous
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- pack prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pick-up and handle transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
