Job Duties
- provide prompt and friendly service to guests picking up to-go orders
- ensure accuracy and timeliness of all to-go orders
- maintain extensive menu knowledge to assist guests with recommendations
- adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards
- coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage orders efficiently
- assist with curbside pickup ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience
- support team members in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
