Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior customer service experience is an advantage
- ability to accurately operate POS systems
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- package prepared food and drink orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
