Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • prior customer service experience is an advantage
  • ability to accurately operate POS systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • attention to detail
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • package prepared food and drink orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
  • deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
  • thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
