Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Package prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure orders are complete and safe for transport
- Carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pick-up and manage transactions
- Thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
