Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic numeracy and POS system experience beneficial
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Pack prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- Carry or deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
- Thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
