Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
  • ability to use POS systems accurately
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • capability to work effectively in a team environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts and schedules

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • package prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
  • carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
  • thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
