Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- ability to use POS systems accurately
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- capability to work effectively in a team environment
- flexibility to work various shifts and schedules
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- package prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
