Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • ability to work well within a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • basic math skills
  • ability to use POS systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile
  • suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • pack food and drink orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
  • deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant at designated areas
  • manage transactions for order pickups
  • thank customers and invite them to return
  • comply with all food safety regulations
