Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- accurately take To Go orders and ensure all items are prepared according to standards
- package food and beverages in a sanitary and timely manner
- manage multiple orders efficiently to meet guest expectations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the To Go service area
- handle payment transactions accurately
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
