- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- ensure all to-go orders are accurate and complete
- provide excellent customer service to guests picking up orders in restaurant or curbside
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
- manage order packaging and labeling
- assist with timely preparation and delivery of orders
- utilize menu knowledge to answer guest questions and make recommendations
- adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
