Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role

Job Duties

  • Prepare and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all orders are complete, on-time, and meet quality standards
  • Greet and assist guests picking up takeout orders with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the to-go station and surrounding work areas
  • Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to answer guest questions and make recommendations
  • Follow all safety and food handling procedures to ensure guest and team member health
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate order timing and accuracy
