Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
Job Duties
- Prepare and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all orders are complete, on-time, and meet quality standards
- Greet and assist guests picking up takeout orders with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the to-go station and surrounding work areas
- Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to answer guest questions and make recommendations
- Follow all safety and food handling procedures to ensure guest and team member health
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate order timing and accuracy
