Job Duties
- Greet guests picking up their orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Ensure all to-go orders are accurate and complete before handoff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go pickup area
- Provide guests with detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations as needed
- Assist with curbside pickup by safely delivering orders to guests' vehicles
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any order-related issues promptly
