Job Duties
- greet guests picking up orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- ensure accurate and timely preparation of to-go food orders
- maintain high standards of safety and sanitation throughout the food handling and pickup process
- provide extensive menu knowledge to assist guests with order choices and recommendations
- manage curbside pickup by delivering orders directly to guests in their vehicles
- handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- assist in training new team members and participate in ongoing skills development programs
