Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests with their to-go orders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain extensive menu knowledge to answer guest questions and provide recommendations
  • Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
  • Monitor order timing and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered on-time
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of to-go area
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues regarding to-go orders
