Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Prepare and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure orders are ready for timely pick-up either in-restaurant or curbside
- Maintain extensive menu knowledge to assist guests and make recommendations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to protect guests and team members
- Manage order transactions and handle payment processing
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
