Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail
- Multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Pack food and drink orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- Deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in designated areas and handle transactions
- Thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
