Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to multitask and pay attention to details
  • ability to work well with others

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • familiarity with POS systems beneficial
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile
  • suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into POS system
  • pack food and beverage orders securely for safe transport
  • deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant
  • handle customer transactions at pickup area
  • thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
