Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to multitask and pay attention to details
- ability to work well with others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- familiarity with POS systems beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- attention to detail and accuracy
- positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile
- suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into POS system
- pack food and beverage orders securely for safe transport
- deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant
- handle customer transactions at pickup area
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
