Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously when they arrive to pick up to-go orders
- accurately assemble and package food orders according to company standards
- ensure timely delivery of orders to guests either inside the restaurant or curbside
- maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions
- uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation protocols during all operations
- manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- assist with cleaning and organizing the to-go pickup area to ensure a welcoming environment
