- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to food preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with curbside and in-restaurant pick-up orders while providing friendly, prompt service
- Maintain extensive menu knowledge to offer recommendations and answer guest questions
- Ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards before pickup
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest concerns or special requests regarding to-go orders professionally and courteously
