Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation to work
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- greet guests in a friendly and timely manner who are picking up to-go orders
- prepare and package all to-go orders accurately to meet quality standards
- ensure orders are complete and delivered on time either at the restaurant or curbside
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to company policies
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate order accuracy and readiness
- handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations confidently
- follow all safety protocols to protect guest and team member health
