Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Package prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- Carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in the designated area and manage transactions
- Thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
