Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Package prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
  • Carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in the designated area and manage transactions
  • Thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
