Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation if working curbside
- commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and with a friendly attitude
- accurately take and prepare to-go orders according to company standards
- assist guests picking up orders in-restaurant and curbside
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the to-go station
- ensure timely order delivery to guests
- provide extensive menu knowledge and make recommendations when appropriate
- handle payment transactions securely and efficiently
