Job Requirements

- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- reliable transportation if required for curbside service
- ability to handle cash transactions
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- ensure accurate and timely preparation of to-go orders
- assist guests with order pick-up including curbside service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the to-go area
- provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations
- manage order packaging to preserve food quality
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- uphold company safety and sanitation protocols
