Job Duties
- Greet guests picking up to-go orders with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ensure all food orders are accurate and complete before handing them to guests
- Manage curbside and in-restaurant order pickup efficiently to maintain quick service times
- Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and managerial staff to resolve any order issues promptly
- Uphold Olive Garden’s health and safety policies to guarantee the wellbeing of guests and team members
