Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously when they arrive to pick up orders
- accurately prepare and package to-go orders according to menu specifications and special requests
- ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and ready on time
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the to-go area and adhere to food safety standards
- provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- manage curbside pickup efficiently and safely
- communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
