Job Duties
- deliver friendly and accurate To Go service
- ensure sanitary preparation and packaging of food orders
- manage timely completion and dispatch of To Go orders
- uphold Yard House house rules and cultural values during shifts
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain order accuracy
- provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to To Go orders
