Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously during order pickup
- ensure order accuracy and completeness before guests receive their food
- assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about offerings
- prepare orders for in-restaurant pickup or curbside delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the to-go area
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols to protect guests and team members
- communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to resolve any order issues
