Job Duties
- ensure all to-go orders are prepared accurately and ready for timely pickup
- assist guests politely and efficiently with order pickups in restaurant or curbside
- maintain extensive menu knowledge to answer questions and provide recommendations
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
- manage order accuracy and quality control before customer pickup
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate order preparation
- demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in fulfilling orders to maximize customer satisfaction
