Job Duties
- Ensure all to-go orders are prepared on time and accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient service for both in-restaurant and curbside to-go orders
- Maintain extensive menu knowledge to answer questions and offer recommendations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate orders
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
