Job Duties
- exceeding the guest's expectations by providing friendly, prompt and attentive service tailored to the customer's preference
- develop extensive product knowledge of the menu to explain and suggest offerings to the guest
- upsell products when appropriate
- make memorable experiences for guests
- anticipate needs, process guests orders, and take payment in hospitable, timely manner
- assemble and deliver orders with hospitality and a smile
