Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously to provide excellent customer service
- accurately prepare and package to-go orders for dine-in and curbside pickup
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and packaging areas
- manage timely order completion to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time pickup
- demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to assist guests and make recommendations
- process payments and handle guest inquiries efficiently
- coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality
