Job Duties
- prepare to-go orders accurately and on time
- provide friendly and efficient customer service during food pickup
- assist guests with curbside and in-restaurant order pickup
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the to-go area
- demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to assist and recommend items to guests
- ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate orders
