Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with order pickup in a friendly, professional manner
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all to-go orders before handoff
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all to-go areas
Manage timely preparation and packaging of to-go food items
Provide knowledgeable menu information and make recommendations as needed
Follow all safety and health protocols to protect guests and team members
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly during order pickup
