Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol, or meet state regulations
- Strong organizational and active listening skills
- Exceptional time management capabilities
- Must complete hourly position validations, including mandatory training (safety, systems, menu)
- Must adhere to company appearance standards
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, and walking
- Capability to bend, kneel, and squat as required
- Skill in handling and manipulating objects
- Capability to reach, lift, and climb to access items
- Must possess trunk strength to support continuous activity throughout a shift

Job Duties
- Deliver high-energy, friendly, and outgoing customer service to all guests
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the menu to provide tailored suggestions and enhance guest experiences
- Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system quickly
- Handle monetary transactions, return correct change, and finalize checks in the Point-of-Sale system
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Complete assigned opening and closing side duties efficiently
- Process to-go orders accurately and expediently
- Verify that all orders are prepared according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate order preparation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order timing and special requests
- Provide warm and helpful customer service during pickup
- Perform other tasks assigned by management, such as preparing desserts and salads, restocking, checking restrooms, and assisting team members as needed
