Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol, or meet state regulations
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills
  • Exceptional time management capabilities
  • Must complete hourly position validations, including mandatory training (safety, systems, menu)
  • Must adhere to company appearance standards
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, and walking
  • Capability to bend, kneel, and squat as required
  • Skill in handling and manipulating objects
  • Capability to reach, lift, and climb to access items
  • Must possess trunk strength to support continuous activity throughout a shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver high-energy, friendly, and outgoing customer service to all guests
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the menu to provide tailored suggestions and enhance guest experiences
  • Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system quickly
  • Handle monetary transactions, return correct change, and finalize checks in the Point-of-Sale system
  • Collaborate with team members to guarantee guest satisfaction
  • Complete assigned opening and closing side duties efficiently
  • Process to-go orders accurately and expediently
  • Verify that all orders are prepared according to customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate order preparation
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order timing and special requests
  • Provide warm and helpful customer service during pickup
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management, such as preparing desserts and salads, restocking, checking restrooms, and assisting team members as needed
