Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol or meet state regulations
strong organizational and active listening skills
exceptional time management capabilities
must complete hourly position validations including mandatory training in safety systems and menu
adherence to company appearance standards
physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting balancing walking bending kneeling squatting and trunk strength for continuous activity

Job Duties

deliver high-energy friendly and outgoing customer service to all guests
gain a comprehensive understanding of the menu to provide tailored suggestions and enhance guest experiences
accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system quickly
handle monetary transactions return correct change and finalize checks in the Point-of-Sale system
collaborate with team members to guarantee guest satisfaction
complete assigned opening and closing side duties efficiently
process to-go orders accurately and expediently
