Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol or meet state regulations
- strong organizational and active listening skills
- exceptional time management capabilities
- must complete hourly position validations including mandatory training in safety systems and menu
- adherence to company appearance standards
- physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting balancing walking bending kneeling squatting and trunk strength for continuous activity

Job Duties
- deliver high-energy friendly and outgoing customer service to all guests
- gain a comprehensive understanding of the menu to provide tailored suggestions and enhance guest experiences
- accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system quickly
- handle monetary transactions return correct change and finalize checks in the Point-of-Sale system
- collaborate with team members to guarantee guest satisfaction
- complete assigned opening and closing side duties efficiently
- process to-go orders accurately and expediently
