Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol or meet state regulations
  • strong organizational and active listening skills
  • exceptional time management capabilities
  • must complete hourly position validations including mandatory training in safety systems and menu
  • adherence to company appearance standards
  • physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting balancing walking bending kneeling squatting and trunk strength for continuous activity

  • deliver high-energy friendly and outgoing customer service to all guests
  • gain a comprehensive understanding of the menu to provide tailored suggestions and enhance guest experiences
  • accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system quickly
  • handle monetary transactions return correct change and finalize checks in the Point-of-Sale system
  • collaborate with team members to guarantee guest satisfaction
  • complete assigned opening and closing side duties efficiently
  • process to-go orders accurately and expediently
