- Ability to stand for several hours at a time
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly phrases like "Irashemasee," "Gladly," and "Arigato"-always and without exception
- Ensure the dining and to-go areas are neat, clean, and organized according to Kumori standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests
- Accurately process transactions using the cash register while maintaining control over the drawer
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety in the front-of-house area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are accurate and delivered efficiently
- Always embody a cheerful, dependable, and team-focused attitude
