Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to handle cash accurately
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- friendly and approachable demeanor

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- familiarity with POS systems is an advantage

Job Duties
- Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greet guests, explain signature items, and guide them through the menu using clear and articulate language
- suggestively sell appetizers, entrées, and desserts by describing items with mouthwatering adjectives
- accurately use the POS system to clock-in/out, process orders, and complete end of shift procedures
- take phone orders accurately and answer calls within three rings in a pleasant and professional manner
- pack and review to-go and catering orders to ensure accuracy
- complete assigned cleaning duties including emptying trashcans and maintaining clean restrooms every 30 minutes
- restock service items such as glasses and ice, and clean service areas as needed
