Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work under management direction
- Must be at least the legal age to serve alcoholic drinks where applicable

- Food handler's card
- Local government food safety certification where applicable
- Local government alcohol service certification where applicable
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Good oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Be knowledgeable about menu items
- Greet guests immediately
- Display your personality and be yourself
- Take drink orders first
- Remind guests of daily specials and featured items
- Answer guest questions
- Deliver drinks to guests
- Take guest orders and send to the kitchen
- Verify accuracy of food delivered
- Ask guests if they need additional items such as extra pitas or condiments
- Follow up consistently with guests
- Verify satisfaction with food and refill drinks
- Pre-bus tables after guests finish eating
- Provide leftover containers when necessary
- Suggest dessert items
- Serve dessert orders
- Present the check and accept payment
- Thank guests and welcome them back
- Sell alcoholic drinks and check identification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and lounge
- Complete all required side work
- Operate till and manage balance when required
- Provide courteous and cordial service to employees and guests
