Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Food Handler's Card required
- Local government food safety certification where applicable
- Local government alcohol service certification where applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work open, mid, and close shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week or more if needed

Job Duties
- Be knowledgeable about menu items
- Greet guests promptly
- Take drink orders first
- Remind guests of daily specials and featured menu items
- Answer guest questions
- Deliver drinks and food orders
- Verify order accuracy upon delivery
- Follow up consistently with guests
- Refill drinks and ensure guest satisfaction
- Pre-bus tables and provide leftover containers if needed
- Suggest and serve desserts
- Present the check to guests and handle payments
- Sell alcoholic drinks and check identification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and lounge
- Complete all required side work
- Work with till and turn in balance if required
- Provide courteous and cordial service to guests and employees
