Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work various shifts including open, mid, and close
- ability to respond promptly to guest needs
- adherence to safety and security procedures
- valid food handler's card
- valid local food safety and alcohol certifications if required
- good attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow instructions and management direction
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Be knowledgeable about the menu items
- immediately greet the guest
- display your personality and be authentic
- take drink orders first
- remind guests of daily specials and featured items
- answer guests questions
- deliver drinks
- take orders and send them to the kitchen
- verify accuracy of delivered items and announce them
- ask if additional items are needed
- consistently follow up with guests and refill drinks
- pre-bus tables and provide leftovers containers
- suggest sell dessert items
- serve dessert orders
- present the check and handle payments
- thank guests and invite them to return
- sell alcoholic drinks and check identification
- maintain cleanliness and organization
- complete required side work
- work with till and balance cash as needed
- provide courteous and cordial service
