- Ability to use phone systems and point of sale technology
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic technology use
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up their order
- Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders
- Be knowledgeable of the menu to accurately take and place orders
- Demonstrate strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders
- Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders
- Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately provide quotes to guests on the length of time to complete their order
- Understand and use online and mobile app ordering systems
- Accurately use point of sale system to place orders, process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
- Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibit teamwork at all times
