Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly over the phone
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using technology such as POS systems and online ordering platforms
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and online ordering platforms is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up their order
- Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders
- Be knowledgeable of the menu to accurately take and place orders
- Demonstrate strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders
- Work collaboratively with back of house staff to complete orders
- Partner with restaurant managers on quote times and accurately provide quotes to guests on order completion
- Understand and operate online and mobile app ordering systems
- Accurately use point of sale system to place orders and process sales transactions
- Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibit teamwork at all times
