Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to handle cash and use POS systems accurately
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing and or picking up their order
  • Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders
  • Be knowledgeable of the menu to accurately take and place orders
  • Demonstrate strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders
  • Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders
  • Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately provide quotes to guests on the length of time to complete their order
  • Understand online and mobile app ordering systems
  • Accurately use point of sale POS system to place orders, process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash or credit card transactions
  • Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • Exhibit teamwork at all times
