Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and taking orders
- Organizational skills to ensure order accuracy
- Ability to operate POS and mobile/conputer order systems
- Commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Job Duties
- Greeting guests with a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up orders
- Using proper phone etiquette to answer calls and take orders accurately
- Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests effectively
- Organizing and packaging To-Go orders with accuracy
- Collaborating with kitchen and back-of-house staff to complete customer orders on time
- Partnering with restaurant managers to provide accurate quote times to guests
- Managing online and mobile app ordering systems efficiently
- Processing To-Go sales, gift card transactions, and cash or credit card payments via POS system
- Practicing proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibiting teamwork consistently
