Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Willingness to learn and follow prescribed protocols
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening
  • Must conform to company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment

Job Duties

  • Input all appointments in a timely manner
  • Input of manager confirmation calls
  • Assist service advisors in answering customer questions in regard to logistics and scheduling
  • Help solve computer software and input problems, insuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Call back missed appointments
  • Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts
  • Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management
  • Perform outbound calls
  • Compile list of calls made and track notes daily to complete nightly report
  • Due diligence research prior to calling customers
  • Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Work in cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel in the company
  • Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner
  • Maintain professional demeanor while at work
  • Must conform to the company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
