Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to learn and follow prescribed protocols
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Must pass comprehensive background screening
- Must conform to company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment

- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Input all appointments in a timely manner
- Input of manager confirmation calls
- Assist service advisors in answering customer questions in regard to logistics and scheduling
- Help solve computer software and input problems, insuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Call back missed appointments
- Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts
- Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management
- Perform outbound calls
- Compile list of calls made and track notes daily to complete nightly report
- Due diligence research prior to calling customers
- Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Regular attendance is essential
- Work in cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel in the company
- Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner
- Maintain professional demeanor while at work
- Must conform to the company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
